The best time to take Crispact® is right after breakfast. After the first meal of the day, in fact, the ideal conditions for probiotics are created:

• More favorable gastric acidity – Breakfast reduces the stomach’s acidity compared to fasting, thus protecting probiotics that pass through the stomach and increasing their chance of reaching the intestine intact and then reach the intimate environment where they settle and carry out their beneficial action.
Faster gastric emptying – Being a light meal, breakfast speeds up the emptying of the stomach, allowing probiotics to reach the intestine more quickly without excessive exposure to gastric juices.
