Each capsule contains at least 20 billion CFU (colony-forming units) of Lactobacillus crispatus M247, beneficial for balancing the bacterial flora.

It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day.
The product contains probiotic microorganisms that are sensitive to heat. Therefore, avoid exposure to heat sources or temperature fluctuations. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light, and preferably at a temperature between +2°C and +8°C, transporting at temperatures below 25°C for periods not exceeding 48 hours.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
